Cancellation Policy

Why is my order canceled?

To our valued customers, here at iLash, we prefer to process our orders within a three (3) day period. All orders that have been fully paid for will not be cancelled. Once an order confirmation is sent, customers wishing to pick up their items must do so in 72 hours. Customers opting for delivery must respond within 24 hours and supply deliverers their delivery information. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the order and the items will return to our inventory for sale.

Please message us at least 48 hours after fulfillment to cancel any order that is being shipped.
